A large retailer operating convenience stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, and drogerie outlets. The company produces goods under its own trademarks and manages vegetable growing facilities, grocery, and confectionery production plants.

Objective

To develop a mobile app for company employees, ensuring corporate services accessibility even for those without work computers. 

Solution

Cross-Platform Development and Performance

Using Flutter, we developed the app simultaneously for both Android and iOS platforms. This approach ensured rapid deployment in app stores. To automate app updates and testing, we implemented CI/CD (Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery) practices. Monitoring and alerting systems were set up for all key parameters, enabling immediate detection of server issues.

It offers onboarding and training programs divided into small steps. Materials include instructions with videos and illustrations. Employees can track their progress via progress bars and statuses at each training step.

This section features exclusive discount offers for company employees categorized into travel, educational courses, and fitness. Discounts can be applied for personal or family use. To facilitate convenient use of corporate discounts, we issued personalized cards to each employee, serving as identifiers at partner stores.

Media

Media includes two major blocks: news and communities. News features company events, contest results, and charity programs. Communities allow subscribing to pages and creating personalized feeds.

Users can ask questions to a virtual assistant, contact the help center, or send messages to technical support. Request statuses are displayed in submissions.
